Another First!

The first this time, was my first ever entry into my brand new and fabuloius Smash Book. The pages were about my first Red Arrows encounter of 2012. The amazing Reds took off from my local airport on their way to the Jubilee Flypast.

This is my May journal prompt for Crafty Magpies. It stated use five gems. I seem to have covered 2 of them with the bow, but you will have to excuse me as this is my first attempt at Digi scrapping, and I'm going to need more guidance from my friends over on the Blue Brads thread, I think!

Thank you Debbie for a great sketch. Again, I chose my older stash, which seemed perfect for this page about mt chickens. I have had them for a whole year at the end of this month, and already I've forgotten what it was like before they arrived.
